Arbitrage Policies and Procedures

The State of Ohio issues tax-exempt bonds and tax advantaged bonds to fund capital projects and facilities. The purpose of these Arbitrage Policies and Procedures is to facilitate compliance with the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended and the applicable Treasury regulations in order to maintain the tax-exempt or tax advantaged status of certain bonds issued by the State through the Ohio Public Facilities Commission and the Treasurer of State.
