Charlotte resides in Gnadenhutten, Ohio and holds a strong background in population health management. She previously

Katie Johnson is the Deputy Executive Director of the Ohio Association of School Business Officials (OASBO). Megan Kilgore, City Auditor, City of Columbus, Ohio – Megan Kilgore was elected City Auditor of Columbus in November of 2017 and took office January 1, 2018.  The City Auditor’s Office includes the divisions of income tax, financial reporting, debt management, accounting and operations, payroll services, and financial systems.  Prior to election, Megan was a municipal advisor whose practice concentrated on providing assistance to local governments, utilities, and economic development districts, particularly with financing transactions.

Murphy has over 17 years of banking experience in numerous lines of business including Retail, Mortgage, Learning & Development, Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Government Banking, and Municipal Finance.  She joined the Huntington Team in 2002 and has been solely concentrating on Government Entities for the past 9 years.

Murphy holds a bachelor’s degree from Kent State and has received several awards for her career milestones and service dedication to the community.  In 2012 she was nominated for the Athena Award and in 2013 she was selected as the MVP in NE Ohio at the 25 under 35 Awards.  She is a graduate of the Mahoning Valley Government Leadership Academy and Leadership Mahoning Valley, is a member of Woman in Public Finance, has served on multiple boards and volunteers regularly at community events.

Murphy enjoys coaching her children, camping, volunteering and enjoying the outdoors.  She resides in Fowler, Ohio with her husband and two children.

The Board of Orange Township Trustees unanimously appointed Mr. Lee R. Bodnar to the position of Orange Township Administrator on March 31, 2016.   Allison Binkley focuses her practice on serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and purchaser’s counsel on general obligation financings, tax increment financings, utility revenue financings and special obligation financings. Ms. Clark joined the Public Finance group at Fifth Third Securities in 1999.  She began her career with Fifth Third Bank one year earlier in the Public Funds department.  Currently she provides both technical and analytical assistance in the preparation of both long-term and short-term municipal debt.  She has worked on many different types of bond issuance throughout the state such as Ohio school district and municipal issuance of voted general obligation issues, un-voted general obligations, collaborative financings, private placements and certificates of participation.

She has worked with entities to prepare for the rating process as well as analyze the value of additional credit enhancement in the form of bond insurance or the State of Ohio Credit Enhancement Program.  Overall, Ms. Clark has worked with issuers on over $750 million of bond and note issues.

David R. Bean is the director of research and technical activities for the Governmental Accounting Standards Board. He assigns and provides oversight to the GASB’s research, technical, and administrative activities.  Prior to joining the GASB in 1990, David worked in public accounting and government.  He also has served as Deputy Chairman of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (IPSASB). He was the lead author on the 1988 Governmental Accounting, Auditing and Financial Reporting and was the founder of the GAAFR Review. Brian Cooper concentrates on general obligation, income tax revenue, non-tax revenue and special revenue bonds.  Since 2003, Cooper has worked on 120 distinct project financings in Ohio representing over $2.75 billion in financed projects for municipal finance, economic development, utilities and infrastructure.  Cooper graduated from the Ohio State University in 2001 and is a municipal advisor registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB).

He has been a presenter at the Council of Development Finance Agencies’ national conference and serves as their muni bond advisor for both beginner and advanced bond courses and has also presented at the annual conferences for the Ohio Economic Development Association, the Ohio Government Finance Officers Association and is a guest lecturer at the Ohio State University.

Bill Conard is a co-chair of Bricker & Eckler's Public Finance group and practices in the areas of municipal finance, federal taxation and securities law. He regularly serves as bond counsel and underwriters' counsel in connection with bond issues for the State of Ohio and its agencies, as bond counsel on all types of municipal bond issues, and as underwriter or placement agent's counsel for all types of public finance transactions.
